We Free Hearts Presents…Bilingual story time

Beginning the second week of October, the 9th, We Free Hearts will be hosting bilingual story time on Tuesdays from 10:30am-11am at South Park Hall. Join us as a special guest will read a book predominately in Spanish.

Guardian nomination workshop: Hosted by we free hearts

Who Will Take Care of Your Kids if Something Happens to You?

Either the court decides, or you can take matters into your own hands. During the workshop, attorney Jenny Ling will guide you through the process of nominating guardians for your children and help you avoid the 6 all too common mistakes parents make when nominating guardians.

Parents will complete documentation to nominate guardians for your children, thus is it essential that both parents attend.

Childcare Provided!

When: Sunday, October 20th, 2019

Time: 10am-12pm

Y-WE offers young women* ages 13-18 opportunities to explore their leadership through workshops in art, performance, health & wellness. Together we will co-create an intergenerational community of diverse youth and mentors committed to supporting one another and healing our communities.

Y-WE Lead: Code, October 2019-June 2020

Who owns the internet? Who is behind the technology that you use every day? What does it mean to be a creator of technology? In Y-WE Code, young women* ages 13-18 explore ways to use technology tools for learning, career success, self-expression, and social change.
